Scope
This policy applies to personal data provided to ASTRA in connection with Aspire’s activities and services through this website, email or other communications. It explains how personal data is handled and how you can exercise your rights.
Data, purposes and legal bases
Information requests and contact details are used to respond to enquiries and manage the relationship, based on the legitimate interest in handling those requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data necessary to prepare a requested proposal or provide a service is processed for pre-contractual steps or a contract under Article 6(1)(b). Client administration and accounting rely on the contractual relationship and applicable legal obligations. ASTRA’s wider membership and institutional contact activities follow the legal basis appropriate to each activity. Marketing communications requiring consent may be cancelled at any time.
The project brief on this website
The form can download a brief to your device. Downloading it does not send your data to ASTRA. If a contact email is configured, the form prepares a message in your email app: it is sent only when you send it from that app. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention
